From the Mini App you can write right in the bot: ‘Account → Report a problem’ – the reply comes from the bot.
Open @gridlap_botAdding a widget on iPhone
Your iPhone adds widgets itself – the app can only show you where to tap. On the Home Screen:
- Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen.
- Tap the button at the top left, then Add Widget.
- Find Gridlap, then pick a widget and size.
- On the Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap ‘Customize’, choose ‘Lock Screen’ and tap the area below the clock – then find Gridlap there too.
- Widgets show the driver and team from your favourites, and you change a widget’s style in the app, on the ‘Widgets’ screen.
- Gridlap widgets are on iPhone only for now.
Deleting your account
In the Gridlap app, go to ‘Account → Delete account’: the account and everything linked to it are deleted straight away. The Telegram account you use with the bot, the Mini App and the website is deleted on request through support within 15 days.
Reporting someone
Tap the person’s name – on a game leaderboard, in a league, in bingo or on a race review: their card has ‘Report’ and ‘Block’. It works the same in the app, in the Mini App and on the website. You can report a race review itself with the button under it.
Only Gridlap’s controller sees reports: the person won’t find out who reported them. A block hides you from each other on leaderboards, in leagues and in reviews.
For threats, harassment or someone’s personal details, also write to owner@naladim.by with the person’s username and where you saw it.
Reminders don’t arrive
- The app’s reminders about sessions and daily puzzles are set by the phone itself – they arrive even offline. If they don’t, check that notifications are allowed for Gridlap: on iPhone, ‘Settings → Notifications → Gridlap’. The ‘Session’ card on the lock screen, if you switched it on, is updated by the server through Apple’s push service – it needs a connection.
- A reminder lives on the phone where you turned it on.
- Bot messages in Telegram arrive as long as the bot isn’t blocked and reminders are on in the Mini App settings.
New phone or reinstalling
The app has no sign-up: your guest account rests on a key the app keeps on this phone. It can’t be moved to another phone yet, and the key doesn’t always survive deleting the app – then Gridlap starts again as a new guest.
Your account in the bot, the Mini App and on the website isn’t affected: there it’s your Telegram account, and it stays put.
Found a mistake
A wrong session time, result or typo – write to owner@naladim.by or in the Mini App: ‘Account → Report a problem’. Tell us where it is and what’s wrong – a screenshot helps a lot.
If you don’t use Gridlap
Are you a driver, their manager or a relative, or did someone write about you in a review – and you have no Telegram account in Gridlap? Write to owner@naladim.by: who it’s about and what to hide or correct, and if you’re writing for someone else, how you confirm your authority. No electronic signature is needed. We reply within 15 days; a disputed review we hide straight away while we check.
